It’s likely that you’re using a pre-release version of Windows 10. Previews that you install from the Windows Insider Program are expected to have bugs and unexpected behaviour like in the screenshot.
To get a more stable experience it’s alway recommended to install the officially supported version of Windows 10, and run Insider builds only on a space PC or virtual machine.
They told us in the description of the 16232 build that they will be this way, but that they will work ok. We just have the aggravation of dealing with it until they fix it. Because they can’t get it right the first time.
