Windows 10 beeping computer

Hi all,
My windows 10 Enterprise (64bit) pc started beeping without any obvious reason.
The beeping noise comes from windows 10 since during boot or while looking the BIOS settings no beeping occurs. I tried with process monitor to pinpoint the process responsible by I ended up to audiodg.exe which is the obvious trigger of the sound subsystem. No malware, neither virus have been found after scanning. I have even tried install on install without success. Before I try clean install I wonder to ask you a) if you have any ideas (yes I checked system drivers all are the latest version, sfc does not report any issue, dism repair completed successfully), b) assist me on how to backup all my apps before clean install in order to reinstall them easily afterwards.

Thanks in advance

Does the sound come out from the external or internal speaker?
What’s your PC tech specs?
What version of Windows 10 are you running?

The sounds comes from my external speakers. While on BIOS no sound whatsoever.

Are you still hearing the beeping sound after this change?

Many thanks mauro for your suggestion. I tried it and the beeping sounds remains.

To find out if it’s Windows 10, an app, or something else making sound, try to do a clean boot, and if you’re still hearing the sound boot in safe mode. Does your computer make sound while running in these modes? If yes, it’s an app, service, or something else, then it’s unlikely that the problem is Windows.

Uninstalling the problematic application may fix the problem.

If you can’t find out, you can save time doing a clean install of Windows 10.
